| Site Analysis
If you are planning to expand within or outside of your current market we can assist you in finding the best location based on traffic count, accessibility, location of competition and other factors. Once the location is identified, our staff will evaluate the site prior to lease or purchase. We will determine if any code problems exist and identify any significant site development cost issues. You will receive our recommendations and budget estimates so that you can make an informed decision prior to moving forward with the site. Drive-up design and accessibility, ATM locations for customer traffic, security, and interior traffic flow are all issues that are specific to the banking industry. Our design staff and engineering support team will evaluate your existing branches and develop strategies to address their specific needs. Careful programming is critical in developing a clear picture of the space requirements of all new construction and branch reconfigurations. It provides the basis for establishing space allocation, developing conceptual designs, budgeting, and estimating construction costs. Based on the outcome of the programming stage of the project our staff will develop one or more design concepts aimed at establishing a defined direction for the project. Upon your review and approval of a selected conceptual design we will proceed with developing a detailed space plan, aimed at meeting all aspects of the critical programming goals and budgetary constraints. Construction Documents & Project Oversight Working either with your own pre-selected building Architect/Engineer, or our trusted team of professionals at The HL Turner Group Inc., we will assist the Architect and Building Contractor in implementing the construction of a new building or building expansion project. We will pay careful attention to those areas of construction that are critical to the performance and function of the building project as a retail financial branch. Interiors Design & Procurement From space utilization planning through to developing an effective retail environment, we will specify and procure all materials required to develop or reinforce your brand identity. We will specify and procure all flooring, lighting, and signage, as well as branch merchandising and art and artifacts, to insure that your branch will be customer-centric and promote the cross-sell of you financial products. Furnishings Selection & Procurement Working with national and international providers of office equipment we will select, recommend and procure the best furniture solutions for your space. Utilizing traditional, transitional or contemporary styling we will insure that each office, customer area and transaction zones are equipped with the best solutions and technology available today. Bank Equipment Selection & Procurement From under-counter steel to ATMs, drive thru systems, security systems and vaults, we understand the importance of the proper choice of equipment to support the day to day operation of your branch.
