The Advantage Branch CS Interface™ is a portable, self contained unit that is placed alongside an existing customer service desk and provides the same capabilities as those provided by the Advantage Branch CSR-MSR Desk and The Advantage Branch Console™:

• On-demand laser, duplex color printing of account statements, brochures, advertising, and "smart form" product applications.
• Two-way visual communication of account information, advertising and application disclaimers through the use of an (outboard) customer-facing LCD flat panel monitor.
• Electronic signature capture for completing customer loan and bank product applications.

This portable, self contained unit provides: a lower drawer for holding a low profile computer or storing paper and supplies; an upper slide-out printer tray to house the Oki Data 5400 duplex printer; an ergonomically adjustable support arm to hold the customer facing (outboard) Samsung 17" LCD flat panel monitor, and a small writing surface to house the ePad electronic signature pad.

The unit is pre-wired to facilitate the use of the electronic equipment, requiring just one incoming data line and one incoming 120v power supply. For existing customer service desks, the outside finish of the new CS Interface unit can be selected to mirror or compliment most furniture manufacturers' standard desk finishes, and for new Paoli Furniture desk installations, to a wide choice of matching Paoli finishes.
